The traditional support ticket systems are fully dependent on email. PTS v1.0 is here to change that. Now you can have a ticket system that can be fully accessed through phone, no internet needed and available 24/7.How does it work?
- PTS v1.0 changes the way support tickets are handled. This solution is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. All a user needs to do is call the PTS v1.0 and leave his concern and the system gives them a ticket number, which can be used to call into the system at a later time and listen to any answer that was given.
- What makes this system even more exciting and top of the line is that as soon as the ticket is answered by a member of the support team the system calls the user automatically and prompts him that his ticket has been answered. The user can choose to listen to the answer during that call or may choose to call in at a later time to listen to the answer. Best of all, tickets can be responded to by using the phone or using Desktop, PDA or Blackberry by simply typing in the answer and the system will convert the text into speech and make it available to the customer.
